Refund policy

All purchases made through Teas & Such of Teas & Such products in addition to products of Teas & Such partners are final, and no refunds will be given. However, as a courtesy your orders are insured up to $100 in teaware and accessories (excluding tea). If your product is damaged upon delivery, we will replace any damaged products, providing photo proofs of your damaged items submitted to claims@teasnsuch.com within 5 days of order arrival. Any damaged order will be replaced at no cost to you.
